Final Johnny is a robot merchant who operates a 'Johnny's Emporium' shop in Charon at the end of the game's final chapter.

It sells food, ammo and weapon upgrades - the same wares found at a standard Johnny's Emporium. It's the last opportunity to shop before the final fight in the game. Final Johnny's appearance looks like an upgraded Johnny robot.

Speculation

Final Johnny has likely been on Charon for an extremely long period of time, since Charon rarely stops. It's possible one of the Johnny's from some area of the map walked onto Charon when it came through town, unknowing of how long he would be there. This is the most likely possibility because there would be no other way for someone as low in status as a Johnny to be allowed on Charon, and especially not one room away from that of the Final Boss. Another possibility is that Final Johnny was hired by Mother to assist people who entered the train, but such a possiblity is highly unlikely since Mother does not have any need for money and no one on Charon would have any need to buy anything. The most probable narrative is this: a Johnny walked onto the train many years, centuries, maybe even millenia ago, which would explain his decaying, bandaged nature. Over time, Johnny wandered his way through every room of the train, finding things such as bombs and gear parts and carrying them with him. By the end, Johnny found the final boss room, but since he lacked Sam's abilities, he could not traverse such a room on his own. Therefore, he set up his shop, waiting patiently for possible buyers to arrive so he could assist them, possibly in the hopes that he would one day make it off the train and be able to use the money he was given.
