Earth Born Manga is a quest item which can be found on a bookshelf in the Ancient Ruins. The location is the ruins middle Floor, in a room at the end of a corridor at the bottom left. It is missable if not collected during Chapter 1.

After collecting this it can later be swapped with Mayor Hoffman's speech on the desk in his office, which will then cause him to recite the following line during his banishment speech.

“	“Looking up from where he'd washed ashore on the beach, he saw the castle in the distance. That castle would be his destination. And the... start of his... adventure...”
